Publisher 2003 special size documents not printing properly in 200

We just upgraded to Publisher 2007. Our documents appear the same on the
screen when opened but when in print preview they default to different size
paper.
We are using special size documents (4.26 X 5.75) when we notice this
happening. They all default to 8 1/2 X 11. Is there anything we need to do
to convert to 2007?

Thank You for any help.

As Don said, you need to setup your printer for a custom size. If you used this
size stock in 2003, you should already have the custom size saved in your
printer preferences, just select it.

Dear Ms. Sauer or someone else,
This solution does not work if the printer cannot have additional paper
sizes added to its list of paper sizes.

What I can do is set the dimensions of a catch-all paper size my printer has
in its list called "Custom." When I choose "Custom" as a paper size in my
printer properties, a button turns clickable where I can set that size.

My printer's lack of ability to truly add a new paper size (but ability to
have its catch-all "Custom" paper size set to anything) was good enough in
Publisher 2003.

However, Publisher 2007 always tries to override the dimensions of "Custom."

It does understand that I chose the paper size called "Custom" while I was
changing my printer properties--that shows up in the basic "Print" dialog box.

However, if I go back to the printer properties and click on the button
where I set the size of "Custom," it always says 8.5x11, rather than whatever
I had just set it to!

(I decided to go back and look at the size of "Custom" in the printer
properties after I noticed that the numbers in an area of the "Printer
Details" tab of the "Print" screen seemed to add up to 8.5x11, even though I
had JUST set the size of "Custom" to be 4x7.5 in the printer properties.)

What model is your printer? I've never run into a printer you couldn't
customize. I have no solution for you. Have you looked at the manufacturer's web
site for an updated driver?
