Publisher 2007 Changing an A5 booklet to A4 for printing

I have created an A5 12 page booklet in Publisher 2007. I have sent it to
the printer who has asked me to make all the pages A4 singel sided and his
printer will 'sort out' the A5, double sided bit.

My question is, how do I alter the document to be A4 without having to
resize all the individual text boxes and pictures after? I have tried
changing the Page Setup to A4 and this does change the paper size but leaves
all content the same size as before. Help please.

What is the intended final size when bound? I assume A5.
If so, you need a better printer.

Intedned size is A5 but all printing houses I have contacted have asked for

How are you sending this? Are you using a PDF file? Most commercial printers I
know will take a PDF. After all your booklet is an A4 landscaped. A PDF will
preserve the integrity of your booklet, the pages will remain in the correct
order.
Microsoft has a save as a PDF add-in.

the file is in publisher but he has asked me to send it as PDF which I can do
but it's the getting it 'blown up' to A4 size thats is causing me grief. I
really don't want to have to change the page size (in publisher) to A4 then
resize all content.

If your booklet is A5 size, I simply cannot see why your commercial printer
cannot use the PDF. You need to look around for competent printer.
