Publisher 2007 pdf conversion - email hyperlinks error

I am using Publisher 2007 with the Microsoft pdf add-in. When my document is
created in pdf format, all of my email hyperlinks are
"mailto:mailto:[email protected]", redundancy in the "mailto:" header. When I
click on the link, Outlook generates an email with the address
"mailto:[email protected]", which, of course, doesn't work with the mailto header
in there.

I tried reinstalling the pdf add-in with no luck.

Can anyone assist?
