Publisher 2007 question

I am currently using publisher 2007. The web appears
correctly on my system at work, where I created it, but does not appear
correctly when I open it on my personal computer at home? You can not see
any information on the left without scrolling. The web site is www.eckan.org.

I there a setting on my computer? or is this something that needs to be done
to the web design?

It appears you have your monitor settings on the work computer set at
1360x768. To eliminate the horizontal scrolling at home there are two
solutions; change the monitor settings to 1360x768 or make your website with
less width, 7½". As is, most viewers will need to horizontal scroll.
