Publisher 2007 shapes and borders do not print

I have pictures, text + borders, arrows & shapes. Everything shows on a
print preview, but the borders, arrows and shapes do not print.

Go to the manufacturer's web site of your printer model and look around for an
updated driver.

It is always wise to completely uninstall a driver before installing a new
driver or re-installing the old.
