Publisher 2007 upload problems

When I attempt to upload to my ISP, Publisher 2007, is adding an extra
extention to the file that makes my upload fail.
It attempts to send it to the server as: index.pub.htm

Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you use Pub 2007 with the default settings and the subfolder option, when
you Publish to the Web you will get an index.htm file and an index_files
folder. The index.htm file is generally the home page, and all your other
pages and supporting graphics are contained in the index_files folder.
Perhaps you are missing a step in the process, or naming your file
incorrectly. Review the instructions under Help and perhaps the following:

Mmmmm - no. This index.pub.htm appears during the upload process only. And
its being auto-populated by the (upload) program itself. For giggles, I
restored Publisher 2003. When uploading with 2003, the index.htm
auto-populates as it should....the pages post to the ISP, etc., as they
should.

Thanks for the links.
