Publisher 3.0 Web Page in IE8

I designed a web page in Publisher 3.0, published it on the web, and now it
is not displaying correctly on the web. Even when I try to change it, and
view it in 3.0 many of the master page components are not displaying. Please
help!

Wow...3.0. When was that version introduced?

Could you please post a link to your site?

It may be that you will have to move your "master page components" off the
master page and discontinue the use. In Pub 2003 and 2007 the master pages
do not work correctly in a web publication.
