Publisher 97 web design

I'm trying to upload a website designed in Publisher 97.
I have a domain name, and am using webcentre.com for my hosting...........
I'm not extremely computerliterate and would love some help.
I've gone to File-Publish to web........and try to follow the screens but it
never works.
