Publisher 97 won't open

When I try to open publisher I get the following message

File undialog.cpp Line 1396

publisher won't open. Uninstalling/reinstalling dosn't
help.

Any thoughts

This seems to be a somewhat known issue with using Clip Art Gallery and a
program called ZoomText. Are you running that software?
