Publisher 97

When attempting to open Publisher 97, I receive a pop-up that states:

"The procedure entry point_MatGetIDispatch@8 could not be located in the
dynamic link library PUBOLE32.dll"

I using MS XP home edition OS.

Is this a new installation?
Not much information around for your error. Have you tried the compatibility
mode?

This article mentions the .dll, you could have more than one copy of
PUBOLE32.dll on your system.
