publisher 98 and XP/VISTA

I I have made a lot of files in publisher 98 and now I have a pc with XP and
a portable with Vista and I i would like to know how to go on working with
the files from 98 with the other two systems. Will i have to buy a version of
publisher for each of the two or how and will I have any problems with
comynication between the difrent versions?

I have Publisher 98 installed on Vista, it doesn't work very well. The only way
I can open files is to drag them to the workspace. It is the same with pictures.
The wizards refuse to work.

I also have Publisher 98 installed on a WindowsXP sp2 computer and it works
flawlessly.
