Publisher 98 - clip art images on foreground disappear when printi

I have tried repeatedly to insert MSP clip art into publication.- this seems
to be a new problem. I am using the original CD program.

The publication is looking good - then I hit print and the MSP clip art
images on the publication disappear and do not print - just the box remains.

Anyone know what is happening?
Running window XP with plenty of memory - MS Publisher 98.
Never had this happen in the past and can't figure it out.

Have you looked into the possibility your printer and/or video adapter needs an
updated driver. Is it just the one image or other images too? Does the .msp print
okay from other programs, such as Paint? If I remember correctly the .msp extension
was a Paint image.
