Publisher and Outlook

I have created an e-letter in publisher and need to send it out to a number
of people through Outlook as an embedded file. However Outlook seems to be
converting it in to a jpeg and therefore losing the quality. All the text and
images become blurry. It doesn't matter what I save the images as it still
does it. Does anyone know a way round this??

The reasons you are getting a jpg could be several things. First go to tool
Options > Web tab and under Email options uncheck "send entire publication
page as a single jpg....". Try sending the message now.

If you are still finding the message is converted to an image, then it is
because of how you have the message formatted. Many things you can do in a
print publication will not convert to html, and thus will be converted to an
image. You need to keep these messages pretty simple.

Pay particular attention to the formatting tips. You should find a tip that
will help you redesign your message so that it is not converted into an
image.
