Publisher changes my layout

Even if I have set up Publisher correctly for either envelopes or business
cards, when I go to print, the settings get changed and I end up getting, for
example, one business card printed in three parts on three pages.

Whereas before I printed, I could click on a button that said, “Change
Copies Per Sheetâ€, after printing, I get the button, “Change Overlap
Settingsâ€.

I have tried using different printers, but I get the same result.

Why is this happening and how can I get it to stop??

Are you using Publisher 2007?
Have you installed the service pack?

When you print envelopes you must setup your printer first. Most printers will
have an envelope setting, if not create a custom size.

When you setup business cards use one of the Avery templates or on the page
setup page, click the Advanced button on the right, select Multiple pages per
sheet as the Layout type.
