Publisher - Copying & Pasting

Help! I just creating a Workshop Flyer in MS Publisher. I would like to
group all and then copy and paste into Outlook so I can send to my
appropriate group, as many people that I am sending this to do not have
Publisher. Basically, I would like this to be the content of the email.
When I attempted to copy and paste, everything copying over just fine with
the exception of the main biography text box. HELP!!!! What am I doing
wrong?

Perhaps your "biography" is on a Master Page? Can you copy it and paste it
after the fact?

I find myself wondering how large the email ends up when you approach this
task in this manner. I would imagine it is very large, and your dial-up
connection recipients of your email are not likely to be very happy with
you. Plus I image a lot of people will get a pretty scrambled version of
your flyer and may not be able to view it all. You didn't say which version
of Publisher you are using, but I would suggest that you convert your flyer
to a PDF and attach it instead. You will get a much smaller file size and
everyone will see exactly what you wanted them to see...a PDF of the
original flyer.

If you aren't using Pub 2007, download www.primopdf.com and use it. It is a
freebie, and allows you to format for on-line viewing or print...the on-line
file size is much smaller.

You also have the option of sending the email as html but that presents
other issues.
