Publisher Crashing When I Try To Create New File

Publisher opens fine, but every time click on any icon to start a new
document I get a memory error "The instruction at "0x300a51fc" referenced
memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

All of my other office applications work fine, and all of my other computer
programs work fine. It seems to me that if it were a physical memory problem
then I would experience other issues with some other programs.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling office, and even applying the
service pack too, but I still get the same problem.

I am running out of ideas.

If anyone could help it would be very much appreciated.

Check your printer driver or your graphics driver. This type error is indicative
of a driver failure.

Hi Mary, what I did was re-install the printers. So far it has worked.
