Publisher font sizes

Is there any way that I can break the bonds of the Publisher 2002 font sizes
and type at a custom size (Specifically between 36 and 48 point). Any ideas
on how to do this?

Simply type the size you want in the font size box. If you are uncomfortable
doing it that way, select the text box, Format, Font, type the size the
dialogue.

I tried both methods, they do not work. Any other ideas?

Is this behavior happening in all publications? Do you have the text highlighted
when you try to increase the font size? Are you pressing *Enter* after you type
the new font size?
Do a "Detect and Repair* in the Help menu if above suggestions doesn't help.
