Publisher for Home & Student

[Lost Canadian]

I have recently purchase 3 laptops with Vista and MS Office Home & Student
2007 which their school requires. They now say they need MS Publisher. Is
there a reduced package for Home & Students and do I need three copies?
This Microsoft software is becoming expensive for kids to use!!!
