Publisher ftp issues

I am using Vista and publisher 2007 and trying to upload using ftp. I keep
getting an error message that I am not connected to the internet although I
am sure I am connected ...can browse to other pages.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You need to be connected to your ISP in a particular folder within your
domain which requires you to input a logon and password. This being
accomplished you then can upload your html and image files. Your ISP
support group would be able to provide the best help.

Thanks Don! I actually followed the publisher directions for setting up a
network connection in publisher. I was about to give up after trying to
publish my website and it finally worked. Try and Try Again does work:)
