publisher hyperlinks for mac

Hello,

I'm using publisher to send out updates, via email to business partners. My
updates are very simple and ususally contain a graphic, text and hyperlinks.
I do not use these publications to post to a website.

I too am having problems with Mac users not being able to access the
hyperlinks. I've read the advice about tools > options > web tab > uncheck
allow png and that does not solve the problem.

What guidance can you give me for publications created in MS Publisher, sent
by email (outlook) to a group that includes Mac users while keeping the
hyperlinks accessible to everyone?

What? A MSFT product not playing well with an Apple product? Who would have
thunk? <g>

I suspect that no one has tried to answer your question because this whole
issue was just discussed extensively in the thread: "Problem with email
newsletter from MS Publisher 2007" by Tearingmyhairout 1/18/10 I would
suggest that you read that for a more complete explanation.

Bottom line is that it is very hard to impossible to send html formatted
emails that will render correctly in all email clients. Solutions? Read the
thread referenced above.
