I set my copier to print a 9 x 11 sheet and changed my printer preferences on
my computer to 9 x 11 so that publisher can recognize the sheet size I want
to use. I am using a mail merge for this job also.
Now when I am ready to print, I did a test print and everything printed fine
but when I hit my print button, the screen blanked out for a half a second,
which it does for any job, but when the screen came back, my document in
publisher set back to an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet size and the copier would not print
because my sheet is 9 x 11. I had to do this job another way but is kind of a
pain. Something doen't seem right.
I hope this makes sense. Any suggestions?
