Publisher Labels - Graphics part prints as a solid black box????

Same in Word when priniting Labels. Any "imported" from file graphics ends
up being printed as a solid black box equal to graphics box size.

Just want to print Labels. Only change lately was upgrading to Word 2003 and
Publisher from 2000.
