Publisher-Multi-page printing

How do I print a multi-page Publisher document on a non-duplex printer? I
need to print 100 copies of a mulit-page document and have not had success
printing the pages in order.

My suggestion would be to print one copy and take it to a printer for them
to print it double-sided. I rarely print more than 15 copies at home.

(You really don't have any good options in this situation.)
