Publisher page links in Email form Not Working

I am creating a multipage newsletter in Publisher to be
sent as an email message. When I set up a hyperlink on
the 1st page to another page it works in the designer
mode (CTRL Click) but does not work when I send the email.

Can some one tell me what I'm missing?
