publisher preview not same in email

I have pub 2007 AND outlook 2007. I have a one page newsletter that I want to
send to a group. When I preview it, the letter looks perfect, design checker
says no problem areas, yet when I send it to myself, there is not ONE SINGLE
thing lined up. Background colors are larger than the text block it self.
Pics are not where they are supposed to be. I have read about the SNAP TO,
its on, I have tried sending Rich text, html to no avail. I can send it to
someone with outlook 2000 and they say that it looks ok on theirs. No I am
not saving it as 2000 pub.
thanks for any insight

I want to echo the other replier's suggestion. The common wisdom here
suggests sending PDFs as attachments. Many users have HTML turned off for
email, and the PDF ensures your formatting will be preserved.

I appreciate the suggestions of the pdf, but you know when you get email in
a newsletter, it should open in my outlook just like everyone else'. I have
my outlook to open as html, so this is not anyone else' mail program, this is
MY Outlook 07 program and it distorts the heck out of the newsletter. I have
3 diff email add. and it dont matter which one I send it to, when my outlook
downloads it, it is butchered. When I get an email from Home Depot, it is not
a pdf nor is it screwed up. I am not mixing versions here at all.
thanks
