Publisher printing on 11X17?

Problem, unable solve printing problem upon publisher
when using an 11X17 ledger for the newsletter. When
printing, the text is not within the text boxes of the
chosen template. Will print upon 2 11 X 8.5, however,
this is time consuming and we are unable to utilize
color. Any suggestions?
