publisher prints my custom envelope on a letter

Why in the world does the "Print Preview" pretend to deliver an envelope on
the other side of the printer, but after I press print it still comes out on
a letter?!?! This is after numerous times of confirming that all settings
are for the envelope size. PLEASE HELP!!

Nevermind...found a system that is working. Although I do believe there is
probably a simpler way.
