Publisher Question

I am making an instruction sheet for scrapbooking. I have made a layout but
when I cut and paste it to the instruction sheet the background paper is left
behind and the colors all change. I have grouped it together and have
searched through to see how I can "meld" the background but can't find any
help. What am I missing?

When you format a background in Publisher, it can't be copied. You can use the
same image for your background in the new publication.
If you placed the background on the Master Page you will have to copy/paste it
separately.

If you used a color scheme in your layout, after you copy/paste to the new
publication you will have to apply the color scheme again. The color scheme does
not carry over in a paste.

I hope I am understanding your problem correctly.
