Publisher should let me change the default layout guide margins

Nearly every time I start a new Publisher document, the first thing I do is
change the margin guides from 1" to .5". That is what I use most of the time.
I would like to be able to change the default settings to what I use most
often.

Publisher used to have all these defaults as standard, but MS decided
you no longer needed or wanted them so removed them.
If you find anybody at MS that cares about customers then please post
their name.
