publisher still freezing

Hello all,

My microsoft Publisher 2002 is still freezing up. I have un-installed,
re-installed, ran office updates and ran defrag. I've also did what one
person suggested in my last post about a month ago and I'm still having
freezing problems when students import clip art from another source. What
else can i do?

On every computer? Have you updated your graphics driver?

JoAnn: I do not know how big the files are?

Mary: No we have not updated our graphics driver. I thought a general
windows updates does all that? How do I update the graphics driver?

Windows doesn't generally update hardware. I suspect your graphic capability is
integrated on your mother board.
Control panel, display folder, settings tab. You should see your graphics driver
here.
