publisher to pdf with page dimensions intact

Hello! I've read some other threads discussing converting publisher doc's to
pdf through converting software such as Primo, etc. And I've found the
various pdf converters easy to find and download. I have one problem. I need
my files to convert to pdf without losing the specified page dimension of
5x6 inches. Is that possible? Is this a problem that is related to the fact
that I'm using free downloads from the internet? Or is there just a step
that I'm missing? I'd appreciate any suggestions!

Do the PDF converters have a custom print setup? I know Acrobat has this
setting. The answer will be in the documentation. Maybe the free versions don't
offer options. I have looked at options for the not free ($49.95) CutePDF, it
offers custom page sizes.
