Publisher vs Frontpage

I am wondering if there is much difference between these. Is one easier to
work with or have more options? I have both and have started a site in
Frontpage.

FrontPage is dedicated to creating websites. Publisher will do very limited
sites.
But I have 4 Publisher 2000 websites; my needs are modest.

Publisher is a DTP with limited web building capability. FrontPage is design
specifically as a web design tool. In the long run you will be much happier
building your site with FP unless your goals are very modest, and you want
only a simple, small static site. Even then, as you already own FP, I would
suggest you go that route.
