Publisher-Web. Flashes html words on page load

If publisher page includes html, part of the words in one of text boxes
flashes in the upper left corner on page load. This has been verified and
duplicated by tec support and appears to be a problem with the program.
Please pass along to development dept. thank you.

a) This is not a direct hotline to Microsoft. Your comments are unlikely to
be passed along.
b) This is not the correct newsgroup for your question. The correct
newsgroup for web questions is microsoft.public.publisher.webdesign.
c) Just because your tech support department diagnosed a problem as being
with Publisher, it doesn't mean it is.

If you have a question, you are welcome to go and ask it in the .webdesign
newsgroup, where I'm sure a web design specialist will attempt to help you.
