I am working on a web page with Publisher 2003 and when I created the pages i
planned to link from a framed webpage. but when i do this none of the links
on the Publisher created webpages work. Why is this?

I understand that Publisher can't do frames itself but that doesnt explain
why a publisher made page can't be put into a frame. I mean thats just plain
stupid.

also note that I used to do my pages in code...i am just messing around with
WYSIWYG options.

You can't frame a Publisher website if you use the navbar wizard to produce
your navbar, because it writes relative links. If you abandon the wizard and
build your own navbar/navigation system with absolute links, then you can
frame the site.

You probably know how to build your own navbar using absolute links, and
don't need it, but here is another article: "Code your own textual
navigation menu in Publisher":

Of course you could also manually insert absolute links into images, text,
or anything else that you might want to use for a navigation system.
