Publisher will not print

Publisher has started to give me this message.
"Publisher cannot print this document. To print composite CMYK or
seperation,you must use a driver that is set to output Postscript language
level 2 or later."
I have uninsalled and reinstalled Publisher2003, removed and added my
printer but still the same message. I cannot print even a plain rectangle.
My other MS Office programs are still printing. Would anyone have any
suggestions?

File > Print > Advanced Print Options, look for an option that is set to
Composite CMYK or Separations, and change it to Composite RGB.
