I am inserting blank picture frames in a textbox in Publisher 2003. When I go
to Web page view the text is scatter, or moved and the boxes are NOT aligned
as in the construction window. HOW do I place the boxes to preserve proper
alignment?

Sorry, but you can't insert an image in a text box in a web publication. It
is one of those things that you can do in a print document that does not
work in a web....Publisher can't convert it to html.

One possible work around is to use multiple text boxes around the image box,
and then link the text boxes together so the text flows from one to the
other, much like it would in a word wrap in a print publication.
