I have office XP standard and want to add Publisher.
Will publisher 2003 work with a 2.14Ghz processor? I notice that sys.req.
2.5Ghz is 'recommended'.
Other alternative would be to add publisher 2002 if it's available seperately.
Appreciate any suggestions

Not sure where you are looking. Check:
http://www.microsoft.com/Office/publisher/prodinfo/sysreq.mspx ,

Microsoft recommends minimum system requirements. You will get better
performance with a faster processor and more memory than recommended by
Microsoft.

Note also, the Publisher 2003 has operating system requirements such as
Windows XP etc and is not compatible with Windows 9X/ME or NT.
