Publishing a report to selected indivduals

I have a report that I want to create so that I can provide each manager with
resource information about projects there staff is currently assigned to... I
was planning to export the data. I wanted use a mail merge to create an
email message for each manager that contained information only for their
staff. Is there away to do this without exporting the data from project?

(This is a recurring report. As a result of the report information the
manager should make updates to their staff's allocation information.)

Debra:

It sounds like you're looking for a lot of automation. If you're a
developer, you might try looking into SQL reporting services and building
this from the database.
