In the Admin page for modifying the Timesheet View on Projeve Server Web
Access it says:
"Note that the selected fields are displayed in the Timesheet View only if
project managers include them in the fields published to Project Server.
Project managers can include fields to publish to Project Server with the
Published Fields command on the Customize submenu (Tools menu) in Project."
This is for adding additional fileds to be displayed in users timesheets.
Using the admin page I've added the the Baselined Work, Baselined Start and
Baselined Finished dates to the timesheet view. My project has a saved
baseline, and I've verified that there is updated data in all 3 of these
fields. I've saved and published the project file, however when I look at
timesheet for any user, there is no data in the baselined fields in the web
access view. I've ensured that I followed the steps above and have used the
"customized published fields" for each of these in the project client. The
only thing I can think of is, there is an option in the customized published
field type for "Task" or "Assignment" and it's unclear which one of these I
should use, but I've tried both to no effect.
Any ideas?
