Publishing Changed Subwebs

Roman

I can't seem to get FP 2002 to publish changed pages in subwebs. I am
choosing to publish "Changed Pages Only", have the "Publish Subwebs"
checkbox checked and "Determine Changes by Comparing Source and Destination
Webs".

Am I leaving out a step, doing something wrong, or is 2002 not designed to
do this? Thanks very much.

1. Make sure none of the page are mark to not be published.
2. Try the different comparison options
3. Open and publish the subweb independently of the root web.

Well, I guess the question is then: If I change a page in a subweb does that
subweb have to be published individually?

It should be, yes.

Personally, I always publish subwebs independently of the root web, because
if the publishing process halts for any reason, you have to re-publish
everything over, as the FP index files are not update until the complete
publishing process has complete successfully.

But as direct answer to your question, yes change pages should work, but you
do need to try the various options to see which works best.
