PUBLISHING ERROR

I have a FP2002 (Windows 2000)web site that I have
published. After working on it and wanting to publish it
AGAIN, I get the following error "ACCESSING HTTP SERVERS
REQUIRES 32-BIT TCP/IP NETWORKING WHICH IS NOT INSTALLED
OR MISCONFIGURED. WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE HELP ON HOW TO
INSTALL IT? [Y/N]" When I click on Y, nothing happens. I
get back to the site I want to publish, but with all the
usual errors.

Can anyone help
