Publishing fails

Hello,

i made a copy of the production db (all 4 Project-dbs) to build a training
db for project server.

when i want to publish a project to the training, the publishing failed.
Looking at the queue i get the following error-xml:

You can't just copy the DBs and install on a test server, as the whole WSS
side of things is ignored, I suspect an incorrect set up is part of the
issue. You don't mention whether the training environment is on the same
server as the production one - there are different methods for moving DBs in
each case. Worth checking technet for specific details.
