Publishing form by using VisualStudio 2008

I have InfoPath 2007, I can't create MSI file by using VisualStudio 2008,
whay does it happening ? not shoud work the same or even betther with a newer
version of VisualStudio ?? What can I do ? is there any patch to be applied
to visual Studio or InfoPath 2007 to fix this ?
