Publishing Forms

I just created a basic form. The end users will be saving it to their desktop and use as needed. Where should the form be published so all can use it?

If you want a form that self-posts to a public folder, either create a
message form with the address of an email-enabled public folder in the To
field, or for non-mail/post folders, use the technique shown in the sample
form at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/saveinfolder.htm

Sue, would i post the form to a directory under Public Folders?
Currently, when someone tries to Reply, they get a message that the Form
can't be loaded/viewed.
