Publishing from a SBS network client using FrontPage 2003

Hal

I am unable to publish to an Internet site from a WXP SP2 SBS 2003 client. I
have two nics in the client - one wired to the SBS network and the other
through a router to the Internet. When I shut down the "SBS" nic and enable
the "Internet" nic (and disable the ISA 2000 firewall client), I can publish
the information to the Internet. Is there an ISA or other setting that I
need to establish/change so I can publish from within the SBS network?

Any help would be much appreciated.

This is more of an Operating System problem than a FrontPage problem.
FrontPage publishes via the default settings established in Internet Explorer.
