Publishing from web site to computer w/2002

I am trying to publish my web site back to my computer.
In Front page 2002 the procedure seems simple. After
following the instructions, front page begins the
procedure by collecting data, but then gives the
message " COULD NOT FIND A WEB SERVER AT
WWW.POTHIERPHOTO.COM ON PORT 80"
I have been able to modify the site on line, but I am
unable to publish it back to my computer. This is the
problem I've experienced ever since I got a NEW computer.

PS when publishing to a local you can't use .com type names as a destination
For a local disc based web use say C:\wwwPothierPhoto
For a local PWS/IS server web use say http://localhost/PothierPhoto/
