Publishing fully trusted form on a sharepoint portal site

I've been trying quite long now to publish my InfoPath form on a sharepoint
server site.
I created a msi file using the regform tool of Visual Studio 2003, but the
wizard only allows installation on a local computer.

What am I supposed to do to publish the form on a form library on the
sharepoint portal?
