My question is how can I display a ghant chart in Word or Exporer so that others can view without having Porject and without using server. They dod not need to interact with the project just view the progress.

Try clicking on the little camera icon in the toolbar and then pasting it
into Word.
You can do the same thing by going to the edit menu and select "Copy
Picture"
