Publishing Issue-

I recently installed frontpage 2003. I have a website that was designed by
someone else, www.fundraisingwithhgpcandles.com and I would like to be able
to make adjustments on it myself, instead of relying on the person who made
it to do it. I can't figure out how to publish, and I am afraid of doing the
wrong thing, and losing everything (my web designer wont help me out!). I
click on publish, and after I enter my username/password, the screen that
comes up "remote website properties", I assume I click on the button for
frontpage or Sharepoint services (I have microsoft extentions), then type the
name of my website down below where it asks the location. The next part that
comes up I dont understand where it asks publish all pages to 1-Local to
remote, 2-Remote to local, or 3-Synchronize? I've tried the first one, and
when I do it a message comes up that says "Some items have changed on both
the local and remote web sites and are in conflict", and it gives me 3
options, ignore and continue (which I tried), overwrite remote files, or
cancel. I tried the first message, and it said it published, but the changes
I made didn't show up? Any help on this would be great! THanks in advance!
