Does anybody have or has found a clear explanation of exactly which data gets
updated in PWA when doing a "Update New or Changed" vs doing a "Publish
Project Plan"? It appears that "Publish New and Changed" updates ONLY the
time sheet, but not the data in the PWA Resource Center. ... i.e. I could
have assigned a person full-time to a project, but until I do a "Publish
Project Plan" others who look at Resource Utilization in the PWA Resource
Center will see nothing. Is there a reference table anywhere of which
publishing method updates which PWA data?
